How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of these rights, email us at:

Please include in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your SupplementDraft account
• The type of request (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
• Any additional details that help us identify your data

Response Time

We will respond to your request within 30 days. In complex cases we may extend this by an additional 60 days and will notify you of the extension.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to confirm the email address associated with your account.

Account Deletion

To delete your SupplementDraft account and all associated data, you can either:

• Email privacy@supplementdraft.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request"
• Or contact us through our support channel at support@supplementdraft.com

Upon verification, we will delete your account and all personal data within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by law.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. SupplementDraft does not sell personal information.
