No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to SupplementDraft, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any subscription fees paid, including partial months.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to Professional plan features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Free Plan

SupplementDraft offers a permanent free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate the product before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges or billing errors, please contact us at support@supplementdraft.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
